James Hoke is a fourth generation Cass County resident. His roots in the community run deep. The father of one daughter, Sarah, he is dedicated to the representation of both parents and children. Jim is a resident of rural Cass County, graduated from Harrisonville High School in 1982, Central Missouri State University (now UCM) in 1986 and the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 1994. Jim served the children of Cass County as the Guardian Ad Litem for the Cass County Juvenile Court for over ten years. Jim is a member of both the Missouri Bar Association and the Cass County Bar association.
The office in Harrisonville serves clients throughout West Central Missouri including but not limited to Cass, Bates, Henry, Johnson, Jackson, Clay and Platte Counties. Although we like to meet with clients in our office, arrangements can be made to serve your needs wherever you may be located, and we offer virtual consultation as well. We understand that at times people who need representation are unable to come to the office for various reasons and we are here to serve your needs.
